Orders

All orders placed via Saffa Super Store are subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute similar products or cancel orders if stock becomes unavailable. Prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

Payment

We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay), and cash on collection. Orders paid online are only confirmed once payment providers mark the transaction as successful. Cash orders must be settled before goods are released.

Delivery

Delivery fees are calculated based on driving distance from our origin postcode. Orders beyond the maximum radius may be declined. Delivery windows are estimates; we will notify you if delays occur.

Liability

Saffa Super Store is not liable for loss or damage caused by late delivery, unforeseen events, or errors in information supplied by the customer. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
